This Cookie Policy explains how CampMatrix Limited (“CampMatrix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our platform. It also explains your choices, including how we ask for consent.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They help websites work properly, remember preferences, and provide reporting information.
2. Why Do We Use Cookies?
We use cookies to:
- Provide essential platform functionality (login, security, sessions)
- Remember your preferences and consent choices
- Understand how our platform is used (where you consent)
- Improve reliability and user experience
3. Types of Cookies We Use
3.1 Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They enable core features such as authentication, session management, security, and remembering your cookie consent choice. Essential cookies do not require consent.
3.2 Functional Cookies
These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. We use them only with your consent where required.
3.3 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our platform by collecting and reporting information. Analytics cookies are optional and used only if you choose Accept all.
4. Cookie Consent
When you first visit CampMatrix (or when your previous choice has expired), we show a cookie consent banner. You can:
- Accept all — allow essential, functional, and analytics cookies
- Essential only — allow only cookies required for the site to work
Your choice is stored for six (6) months. After that period, we will ask again. We will not re-prompt during those six months unless you clear cookies/local storage or we make material changes that require a fresh choice.
